Investigating the GDPR / CCPA / Cookie Consent requirements for Posit subdomains and open-source sites.

Sent an email to Rick requesting information on 5/30/2023; awaiting a response.

At issue: Content integrity section: GDPR, cookie consent, privacy policy: do we want to require that all Posit subdomains and open source site have them?
