International Venue Entry Issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be in an International Location
2. Try to enter a venue!
3. There is no step 3. :)

In the entry form, the "State" field is required. This doesn't apply, and
on the web form, is listed w/ Country instead - I suspect this is an issue
w/ many of the international new metros.

Another issue is the phone number validation, but that's something on 4SQ's
end (bug submitted already)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest Android version v2009-11-17 on CyanogenMod 4.2.5

slowly dropping required fields from /addvenue in favor of geolat/geolong

will update once switch is completely live
