Check-in action should report lat/lon to APi

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check-in anywhere (including both a proper venue as well as a new venue)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the lat/lon of your current location (or most recent accurate location)
should be sent alongside the checkin

see the docs for /v1/checkin
geolat and geolong are optional parameters, but it's recommended that you
send them whenever possible so that we can use that data to verify checkins
(and to geo-locate poorly-named/unnamed places in future)
