leaderboard does not respect your city #64

I don't think the leaderboard link respects your current city. It took me to 
my friends in sf and I could only see the full leaderboard for sf.  There's 
also no menu options on the leaderboard screen. (It looks like an embedded 
browser window)

I can't actually reproduce this. Anyone else having problems? dknowles said it 
isn't 
happening with the latest release but I didn't change anything to make it work 
in at 
least a month.

PS. It /is/ an embedded browser window. There is no API access to the 
leaderboard yet.
