modified the i18n for zh-tw and change their file names #107

  1. add 'zh-tw' language option and its corresponding content to the menu.
  2. change file name 'zh_TW' to 'zh-tw' for keeping the same naming convention as Workshopper.
  3. modify some contents for the translation.
