Clarifying changes to problem definitions #71

Working through the expressworks tutorial and (being a total noob) I got confused a few times. As I figured stuff out and worked through the tutorials, I made some changes that I thought might make it more clear. That being said, I'm not very familiar with express.js/node.js (and even JavaScript), so it would be helpful if somebody could look over my stuff before committing it.

I also didn't know what to do about the french-language files--I have zero experience with localization and don't speak french...
