Add count down #3

I added a count down. Heard about a start for the 19th of January this year, so I made the count down corresponding to 19.01.2024, we can change it once we got the real information. May be after the investiture :)

Can you add the "Ville nouvelle Tana Masoandro" and the "Nosy-be ampivoarana sy omena statut ohatran'i Hong-kong" to the To do list? I'm no software geek like you guys, just enjoying your work.

My bad. The "Tanamasoandro" is already in it.
