Adjust format and layout of place detail screen activities and events bar.

Larger icons
Move event icon to left of event string
Keep activity icons clustered together…
… but keep them apart from the event icon
Keep entire bar centered under all conditions

Also a drive-by tweak: Increased spacing around the middots of the categories string.
