Add tours and support events with multiple destinations #164

Recognize the new tour type and event destinations (that aren't stand-alone) returned by the API and present them as a new category in the app. Show their associated destinations in map view and in searching nearby.

Allow setting flags on destinations associated with a tour and/or an event with multiple destinations.

Depends on azavea/cac-tripplanner#1109.
