Retain filters for up navigation #81

When user navigates away from a filtered list and then back via up (not back) navigation, the filter is lost; this behavior may be fine as it is. But also, switching away from and back to the map loses the filter.

This may require Shared Preferences to manage. See this discussion.

I would love to see this addressed. In use, it feels like a bug.
