Apply dynamic text for "current year" header information. We expect that the config object for a given year will have "number of countries" and "number of languages" (or similar contextual content) that can be parse and displayed in the header, as shown here:
Add the values to the dataproc script and thread the values into the header.
Additional Context
It is unclear if this feature will be required, in which case, the text will be purely static.
