3 years ago I believe that the only way to move forward with this is to directly address the issue by requesting to merge a PR with the library or by running off of a branch of the library that we've fixed. Requesting a merge I'm not sure if it would work until they release a new version; running off of our own branch means that we won't get any updates/fixes the library pushes until they fix it and we can reintegrate.
The items in the chart are in the opposite order as they appear in the legend.
Nivo doesn't provide an easily available way to align the order of the bars to the order of the items in the legend. For some reason, the legend items are explicitly reversed when you use keys, and you can't provide separate keys for the legend and the bar chart. It appears that this was fixed for non-canvas bar charts.
