Example docker-compose fails with unexpected argument: migrate #1331

The Using docker compose example outlined in the Getting Started Docs will result in a error. Are the sub commands migrate and import-catalog still supported?

docker-compose run --rm franklin migrate [+] Running 1/0

Container franklin-database-1 Running 0.0s Unexpected argument: migrate

Usage: serve

Your Friendly Neighborhood OGC API - Features and STAC Web Service

Options and flags: --help Display this help text.

Subcommands: serve Runs web service
