Deploy demo app to the Internet

The demo app needs to live online somewhere accessible.

I'm deploying the app as an ECS service on top of a t2.micro instance with EFS for persistent storage. Steps I need to take to get it live:

• [x] Get the cluster up and running with an EC2 instance I can SSH into
• [x] Spin up the database service using the PostGIS container
• [x] Mount the EFS filesystem in the database container and confirm that data persists when the container is stopped
• [x] Mount EFS to /var/lib/postgresql/data and get the PostGIS container talking to it
• [x] Build production Docker images for the Grout service
• [x] Push Docker images to ECR
• [x] Update the task definition to wire the database and Grout services together
• [x] Add an Nginx service in order to expose the outbound app port to the Internet
• [x] Confirm that the app is visible on the outbound port
• [x] Figure out how to serve static files for Grout
• [x] Update the app to use nfn.jeancochrane.com domain
• [x] Build and push JS bundles
• [x] Serve JS bundles from Nginx
• [x] Figure out production configs for the schema editor so that it can use the right hostname
• [x] Enable SSL
