Overview

Add Netlify configuration file and modify the cibuild script so that the app can be deployed on Netlify.

This implementation is largely based off the implementation for Tilejson.io

Notes

The site is currently tied to my Netlify/Github account. This is temporary, and the site will be migrated at some point.
