We are still waiting on values for the two sensors, but for now, it may work just to use the values for the Wissahickon.
The basic workflow should be something like this:
Get data for a sensor (done in #57)
Transform the data for each sensor into quality rating
There are five variables for each sensor that need to be combined into a single value
First, determine if each variable is in the healthy range, and store this value. We'll need it for #41.
Next, combine the healthy ranges for each variable into one value for the sensor. @mmcfarland suggested something like this 5/5 & 4/5 healthy == 3; 2/5 & 3/5 == 2; 1/5 == 1, where 5/5 means all of 5 are the variables are in a healthy range, 4/5 means 4 of the 5 variables are in the healthy range, etc.
While the detailed sensor data is displayed directly on the sensor details pane (#41), we need a higher level, single score for each sensor.
The healthy ranges are defined here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19vqjrmnP_Yi9apkNt5R_OGPkYVXOP5fly17vL6aQqjg/edit
