Implement verified default sensor values and healthy ranges #79

In #56, we implemented support default values for sensors. We are currently using placeholder values, and should implement real values with the help of ISM.

Similarly, the healthy ranges for sensors are also using placeholder values. We'll need ISM input on these as well.
