Check for Sen1Floods11 / GloFIMR intersection #10

Sen1Floods11 paper sites that Dartmouth Flood Observatory, DFO was the source of flood events. DFO is also one of the sources for GloFIMR.

This issue is to check if there is any intersection between GloFIMR/USFIMR flood extents and Sen1Flood11 datasets. If intersections exists we should be able to use Sen1 imagery from Sen1Flood11 to predict flood events and compare them with flood extents in GloFIMR.

There isn't one.

The only US flood event in Sen1Floods11 appears to be around Kansas City, 2019-05-22

USFIMR latest flood event is Missouri in 2017. Also double checking the product shapefile there is clearly no intersection.
