This PR adds a bunch of notebooks for our experiments for ESIP 2022. See new README. They are still a WIP, as saving and querying the Parquet data is slower than we would expect and needs to be optimized. (Because it runs so slowly, only one experiment / row is run and saved to the Parquet CSV). A CSV with a fuller set of results for the Zarr queries is at s3://azavea-noaa-hydro-data/esip-experiments/benchmarks/zarr/lf/07-13-2022a.csv. I would like to merge this PR soon, and any changes can be in new PRs since we are all actively working on this.
