Explore adding population growth projections #1339

Per advisor, many cities are looking to understand any potential opportunities that might arise due to projected population growth, together with any additional concerns for climate change adaptation planning. We should consider how to add projected population into the map component.

I know one of the datasets we were evaluating had projected population movement, though I can't recall which one.
