Continuous 100% CPU Usage #48

CPU usage is 100% while waiting for a connection even before any HTTP connection...

Opened https://github.com/MoarVM/MoarVM/issues/149. The Ctrl-C signal handler is the culprit.

The affected code has been commented until it is fixed in MoarVM. Closing for now.

MoarVM/MoarVM#149 is fixed to not cause 100% CPU usage but does not cause any exit from the script or application.
