On french keyboard / OSX "open Tool Window Html Preview" shortcut shadows [ #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the ide on a french osx machine 
2. Edit a go file and try to type [ ( shift+alt+5)
3. liteIde opens briefly the Html Preview pane and closes it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see [ printed in my code

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
