Week 1 Setup Step Changes

Some of the setup steps seem to be invalid now, after doing a fresh Anaconda install on my mac.

• The channel we were using for tweepy MAC doesn't exist anymore. The only one I can find for mac is conda install --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/williamsmj tweepy but this does not match the version in the version check script.
• I can't use Anaconda to install the Google API Python Client. It tells me it cannot find dependent packages uritemplate and simplejson.
