Geas: .cas files should be decrypted and loaded in place #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch any Quest game from IF Comp / IFDB.
2. Convert the game to .asl using the uncas.pl script.
3. Launch the converted game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game does not play properly until it is decrypted.

The same Geas code built under Linux handles .cas files flawlessly.  Weird.
