Double-click to select word, triple-click to select a line

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up a game, get some text on the screen
2. Double click on a word
3. Triple click on a line of text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Double clicking would select the word.  Holding down after the
second click and dragging would expand the selection in word increments. 
Triple clicking would select either a line or a paragraph.

Actual behavior: input is ignored

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gargoyle-2009-08-25-sources_pre1.zip
Ubuntu 8.04

Please provide any additional information below.
This is just minor details that would be nice, but are admittedly not real
important.  Thanks again for implementing the ability to copy text! It will
make reporting bugs to game authors much easier, since I never remember to
"script" until it's too late.

I would love this, though the implementation would be somewhat complex.  I 
personally
use double / triple clicks far more often than click & drag.
