Can't install on kali #7

I'm running Linux kali 4.18.0-kali1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.18.6-1kali1 (2018-09-10) x86_64 GNU/Linux and I can't install netmonitor... I went to software and search for netmonitor lite then click install but no changes.

This extension is dead. Use an alternative.
