After navigating to the Create page, a user will have the option to import their event from their Facebook profile, or create a new one. The user will be able to draw a perimeter around the area the event is being held on the campus map. If they have made this event on Facebook they can bring the name, date and description from Facebook, or they can set their own custom information.
Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] User can import their event and event details from Facebook without losing information
[x] User can draw a perimeter on the map of campus and this is correctly stored to be used on the Discover page
[x] User can customize their event details if imported from Facebook or created on the site
[x] User events are stored correctly and are made available for the Discover page to view
