Allow custom frame to have query params #52

There were two issues here:

The mime.lookup call was returning test/octate because it didn't recognize the extension .html?foo=bar
If the route includes the query params, matchURL cannot properly match it.

the content-type issue should be fixed by v2.0.4 that I just released. It uses a separate module for setting content type: https://github.com/azer/set-content-type

https://github.com/azer/prova/commit/4d137fb1d409c70f4abbb1e6ccee396b68eaef5d solves the query string bug. released as 2.1.0
