Al Ula database should not be accessible without logging in #102

In contrast to the EAMENA database (and the various training databases) the Al Ula database should only be accessible after logging in. So the log in screen should appear before anything else is visible.

This has now been addressed by @michaeltfisher. We now have only one level (editplus) that can access the search and map view, something that needs to be extended to the read and edit levels at some point (separate issue).
