Description of Change

Removed the hardcoded parts of the group search that limited it to HERITAGE_RESOURCE_GROUP.E27 and instead it now looks through all the resource types as defined in the RESOURCE_TYPE_CONFIGS setting. Also, for both the search terms and search results, concepts now look through all parents instead of just the first. Finally the groups themselves are defined in the settings - and this has a partner PR in the app repo.

Hey @TeriForey this all looks good to me, though in the future we'll never need to touch the /eamena directory, especially in this branch. Ultimately, it will go away.
