Designation fields error for some records only #89

When filling in the Designation fields in E27 Resource Summary, in most cases there is no problem and both date fields are optional (as they should be). However, in at least one record, both date fields are suddenly requested:

This is record IDIHA-0007272 (Arches ID 7de2d0ae-12ad-4f53-8116-1d77551f5c5d).

This specific record worked at a later date (Feb 2019) and the issue might now be completely solved after Mike has worked on it.
