e.g. resource EAMENA-0094789 has a valueid of '3d68c9ed-e2ef-4d2b-b218-e2a93a002b92', which corresponds to a concept with legacyoid SITE_OVERALL_INTERPRETATION_CERTAINTY_TYPE.

This possibly originated from an error in reference data at some point in the past.
