Library has a new namespace, for npm it is now located under @oranges-games
Also removed/replaced the Fabrique.Plugins namespacing with PhaserSpine in the code
Removed deleted Pixi references to add support for Phaser CE (thanks @Pit-the-Angel)
Bumped major to 3 due too braking namespace changes
