[Feature Request] Include Spell.dbc in Keira3 locally (or Azerothcore database). #2666

The instructions to import Spell.dbc are both deprecated and abandoned on the wiki but ALSO the deprecated info is nodejs exclusive.

If base Azerothcore included Spell.dbc OR Keira included Spell.dbc for browsing/editing it would cost 58mb.

58mb is literally nothing and saves every person 1-5 hours of debugging/exporting/fixing/figuring out.

58mb is literally nothing, Keira3 takes from 80 to 120 MB, if we add Spell.dbc we are violating copyright and we'll increase drastically the Keira3 size.

We could let the user to download dynamically the spell.dbc content with a click, we'll consider it, thanks for the feedback.
