PvP Rewards - consider when results are identical and give same rewards #47

@Dalanth, this is a bit hard probably, I think that if we can set manually the Extra Points ( https://github.com/azerothcore/acore-cms/issues/46 ) it will automatically fix this issue

Maybe could use a text input for comma separated values, but sounds a little hack...
