Time Watcher

Comment adding that same behavior has Homing Robot OOX-22/FE, Homing Robot OOX-09/HL and Homing Robot OOX-17/TN during their respective escort quests. Instead of walking they "swim" in air.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

NPCs should walk on ground

Ok. so my assessment is this.

What I could not test: Time Watcher (NPC 19918) : Had to review the smart scripts which is per guid of the npcs. I see a smart script link for them to follow a waypoint but no idea how to get it trigger them performing it. As current they are set to Disable Gravity allowing them to both walk and be in the air. I would recommend CanFly if I can figure out how to get them to trigger their action. I did a .npc add 19918 on gm island and did a .cometome to force the npc to follow. it does not swim, but depending on terrain they may run a straigh line to you due to disabled gravity, until i can get the smart scripts to trigger, i will have to say they no longer swim in the air, but would like to verify if the smart script for the npcs in CoT is not working or not.

What was tested: Homing Robot OOX-22/FE (NPC 7807): Walks as intended, could of been fixed thru the inhabit removal pr. Homing Robot OOX-09/HL (NPC 7806): Walks as intended, could of been fixed thru the inhabit removal pr. Homing Robot OOX-17/TN (NPC 7784): Walks as intended, could of been fixed thru the inhabit removal pr.
