There's a dwarven farm at 92.0 , 71.4 in Arathi Highlands and there's no NPC's.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

As seen in this video: https://youtu.be/UpIIkbHd-eg?t=521 there should be a Dwarfen Farmer sleeping and Rams in this zone.
