[Molten Core] Cache of the Firelord lootable without being locked

Current Behaviour

You can get loot from the Cache of the Firelord without participating in a fight and without getting locked on the raid

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Players should not be able to loot from the boss if they weren't in a fight

Best i can find is comments on wowhead that say this isnt possible, and searching for this exploit on google doesnt yeild any results https://classic.wowhead.com/object=179703/cache-of-the-firelord#comments

Steps to reproduce the problem

.go creature 3328
jump through window
group with second character
set loot to Free for all
on one char kill all bosses and majordomo's minions
.summon [player2]
[player2] can loot Cache of the Firelord
[Player2] leave instance before countdown
