Current Behaviour

Thick obsidian breastplate doesn't proc absorb shield

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Once struck by harmful spells you should gain spell absorb shield which absorbs damage from that spell school

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .additem 22196 and equip it
2. duel another player (or just face an opponent which deals spells)
3. cast a spell on 1st player
4. shield from Thick obsidian breastplate never procs
