2 months ago Just tried the quest and i can confirm the problems.
I would also add that there is no dialogues during the quest.

Current Behaviour
When the player accepts the quest "No Mere Dream" from "Clintar Dreamwalker" the player is flagged for PVP The NPC to follow is a cat The NPC to follow is not targetable Clintar Dreamwalker goes to sleep immediately after accepting the quest Debuff "Grasp of the Emerald Dream" does not stop the player from restarting the quest
Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
Should not flag the player for PVP. Clintar Dreamwalker's Spirit is a humanoid spirit Clintar Dreamwalker's Spirit is targetable Clintar Dreamwalker stays awake for a bit longer The tooltip of "Grasp of the Emerald Dream" suggests not being able to restart the quest for the duration of it
