[Quest] - Leading the Charge and Fringe Science Benefits etc (ID 13374,13376,13380,13404) Can not start #15842

Current Behaviour

after accept this quest , the npc you should talk with whom has a option that give you a bomber, but you can not mount on , can not complete the quest

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

the bomber summoned after talk option select should be mounted and start flight.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1.hord character with level 77+ , go c id 32430 2.q a 13374 3 talk with npc near by [Rizzy Ratchwiggle 31839] 4.the bomber summoned nearby, but you cannot mount

Same here for me lvl 80 ally. Can see the "mount" but are not able to mount it.

Has there still not been a fix for this? I haven't seen one, and it's a daily quest that my players have been complaining about. A fix or an update would be much appreciated!
