Demonic Pact (Felguard) removes banishes on the Felguard on use, but does not make it immune to it

Not 100% sure, but it should be consistent
Either remove and make immune to banish or don't remove banish and don't make immune to it
I am tending towards the latter

Tooltip only mentions "stun, snare and movement impairing effects"
The cataclysm tooltip has banish and horror added, but I cannot find a mention of Demonic Empowerment in the patchnotes
I cannot find any comments mentioning a banish removal

Steps to reproduce the problem
.add 6265 .cast 30146
Duel: On other char: Target Felguard .cast 710
On Warlock: .cast 47193 -> Banish Breaks
On other char; .cast 710 -> Felguard Banished again
