(Event): Drunken Brewfest Revelers have no RP. #17399

Current Behaviour

Currently the Drunken Brewfest Revelers at each Brewfest camp do not RP at all.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Every ten minutes (seems to happen at the third minute, so :03, :13, :23, etc.), a reveler will spawn and choose an RP to do. Things from speaking at the tapped keg stand, riding a ram into a tree, walking around to the various vendors, etc. At the end of his RP, he despawns.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. .event start 24
  2. .tele kharanos/razorhill
  3. Go to the Brewfest camp.
  4. Observe the drunken reveler.

The lack of RP applies to both drunken revelers, but the expected RP only seems to apply to the dwarven reveler, haven't found consistent behavior whatsoever for the goblin reveler.
