[Translations] koKR (Korean) locales are missing #18624

Current Behaviour

When using Korean (koKR) WoW client, all of the quests, books, and many aspects are returned in English.

Missing koKR locales from

achievement_reward_locale creature_text_locale item_set_names_locale npc_text_locale page_text_locale points_of_interest_locale quest_offer_reward_locale quest_request_items_locale quest_template_locale

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Multi-lingual support.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Use a Korean client or set server locale as koKR
  2. Do any quest.

Extra Notes

If folks can provide db or sniffs, I can try my hand at merging in the locale.

Some things can be collected pretty reliably from Wowhead's Korean page.
