[PVP] NPCs in alterac valley cannot be healed by players #18836

Current Behaviour

trying to heal e.g. Drek'thar, nothing happens

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

healing and shielding should very likely be possible - need to confirm

need to find a source, its from memory - or someone testing on retail

Steps to reproduce the problem

cast healing spells on npcs in av
