[Instance/Hyjal]Fighting with Azgalor then dead : The player remains in place with 1 health and can‘t move #19050

Current Behaviour

After the player dies in battle with Azgalor, there is a high probability of clicking to release their soul. The player remains in place with 1 health and can‘t move，And it can't be resurrected by other players or GMs, You must completely exit the game and log in again to display your soul status properly，It seems to be related to the debuff of doom which released by Azgalor, as this issue does not occur after death in battles with other bosses.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Normal death display your soul status properly

1.Fighting with Azgalor; 2.doom debuff hit with me; 3.i'm dead,Click to release soul； 4.The player remains in place with 1 health and can‘t move

That's not just hyjal issue, but an overall one. I had this happen few weeks in TK, Kael fight. I had it few times before that in the world going back around a year or so. I have seen people getting this bug in BGs.
