Current Behaviour

For the quest, player is tasked to find Wyvern Cage Key and use Spirit's Whistle at Bladespire encampent near Grull's Lair to free Leokk, that is located roughly 65,20 at Blade's Edge Mountains. Currently Sprit's Whistle does not activate under any condition with key collected inside player's keyring.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

If player has collected Cage Key and uses Whistle near Leokk, a npc bird should be spawned, that opens the cage and completes the quest for player.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Kill Bladespire ogres for key or spawn it in test enviorment Move to roughly 65,20 and klick Whistle to attempt spawning spirit.
