Current Behaviour

Temporus does not stack healing wound reduction debuff appropriatelly to the point the DEBUFF CAN WARE OFF at 2-3 stacks.. .. Thats literary the whole point of this boss on heroic (well including the haste buff when u have 5-6 stacks too.. becomes hard)

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The debuff shouldnt be allowed to ware off (Ccheck video please)
