[Old Hillsbrad Foothills] Some npc and boss abilities are missing.

I tested the dungeon, I readed wowhead guides, and I watched some TBC classic gameplays and I can confirm two problems:

1) Durnholde Rifleman's Scatter Shot ability is missing.

2) Lieutenant Drake's Frightening Shout ability is missing.

The other things reported in this issue are not true.

Current Behaviour

1. Durnholde Rifleman missing Scatter Shot ability (pretty cruicial in Heroic as adds can eat the tank while the healer is in scatter shot mode)
2. Possibly Lieutenant Drake does not have his spells scripted (3 runs done , He did not Cast fear, followed by Exploding Shot) - HE DID CAST MOrtal striker and Whirlwind
3. Captain Skarloc should come with x2 adds instead of 4 - these are a Warden (Heals + dispels + fear) and a Veteran (should do kidney shot.
4. I believe Captain Skarloc might not be using CLEANSE and Concecration! (he did use Hammer of Justice and 1 Holy light)

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

1. Durnholde Riffleman uses MULTI SHOT + SCATTER SHOT
2. Drake uses Whirwild, Fear, Mortal Strike, Exploding shot etc
3. Skarloc uses Cleanse, HOly light, Concecration, Devotion aura + holy shield
4. Skarloc comes with x2 adds - a warden (Fears, cleanse, heals) + a veteran (backstab, kidney ,sinister strike)
