Botanica Instance - Spell Spam from Mobs

Current Behaviour both botanica and black morass currently contain trash mobs which are essentially spamming their cast abilities instead of casting their abilities from time to time

or cast them directly on pull instead of having the first cast being delayed for about 5 seconds

Steps to reproduce the problem .

Extra Notes timings and frequency seem fine on the other trash mobs (esp. on the small ones summoned in Black Morass, those cast non-stop if they arent interrupted)- will update via comments if there is more to adjust

Bloodwarder Greenkeeper

• Has a cast chance for "Impending Coma", "Greenkeeper's Fury", and "Nature Shock" with a chance value of 100. They will cast until mana reaches 0, and rotate between all three.

Bloodwarder Mender

• Any time health reaches below 75%, it will cast Greater Heal. If health sustains below 75%, or drops back down to 75% after casting it will then immediately cast again. This is not replicitable on classic, appears to only be a 30% chance per cycle.
• It will buff Holy Fury to each ally in combat, forever, and stacking. Classic behavior is only once per applied buff, if the buff is ST, purged, or falls off it will re-cast.
• Mind Blast appears working as intended with a 100% chance per spell cooldown rotation.

To test the issue:

• .go c i 18419
• .go c i 19633 Get in combat and see how much they spam.

This requires more sources and sniff to confirm the timers of the NPCs. Even in retail i dont think they spam that much.
